The mobile application "eQonaq" is designed for the collection, tracking, and processing of data regarding immigrants and internal migrants by legal entities and individuals. According to Government Resolution No. 148, all hosting entities are required to inform the law enforcement authorities within 3 days of the arrival of a foreign citizen. Simply point your device's camera at your guest's passport and instantly send a notification of their arrival to the migration control authorities. The app recognizes documents from over 190 countries. Provide your guest's email address, and they will receive up-to-date useful tourist information, as well as possible lengths of their visa-free stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This mobile application is part of the "eQonaq" information system developed within the framework of the state program for the development of the tourism industry by the Ministry of Culture and Sports with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Three language versions are available - Kazakh, Russian, and English.
